Our Group Fitness classes are called Fluency, Agility, and Flow and are based off our Core Values:

FLUENCY - These classes will enhance your ability to move well using a variety of different objects (medicine balls, sandbags, beams, poles, etc.). You will develop mobility and stability, balance, strength, coordination, motor control, and awareness. Learn to lift, carry, climb, crawl, balance, throw, and catch.

AGILITY - These classes will develop and challenge your cardiovascular system with resistance training bands and bodyweight exercises. You will develop power, endurance, coordination, and motor control. Learn to move quickly and deliberately, push yourself, control heart rate, and sweat.

FLOW - These classes will string series of movements together to enhance conditioning and complexity. More like play, these classes are designed like mini-obstacle courses, broken down to teach you how to maneuver through the world with confidence, grace, control, stability, and intention. Learn to create your own combinations of movement sequences, stringing together different skills and looking for new ways to move through the world. You will develop focus, coordination, and balance.
